Hi, I'm Linda!

As a native of Hamburg, exercise and health have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I sensed how powerful it is to live in harmony with your own body and mind. This feeling—of energy, inner balance, and joie de vivre—still drives me today.

Fascinated by what the body can achieve when it is treated well, I turned my interest into a profession:

I successfully studied movement sciences and specialized in developing scientifically sound and practical health programs for companies.

For over a year, I have been working with companies to firmly anchor movement, mental strength, and well-being in everyday working life—through workshops, active breaks, and individually tailored concepts.

 

Joy of life dances in my heart—and the colorful diversity of life inspires me every day anew. I want to pass on this energy:

My mission is to make health and well-being tangible and to show people how powerful a healthy connection to their own bodies can be.

I really enjoyed the active break.

The exercises were easy to do in normal office clothes, and you explained them in a friendly and very clear manner. The exercises were perfectly tailored to the needs/weaknesses of people with sedentary jobs .

The exercises were well-organized. Each break had a different focus, which made it a lot of fun thanks to the variety. Overall, it was a great way to get some targeted exercise during the break. And even though I exercise anyway, I have to say that these targeted exercises are really beneficial, especially during the lunch break after sitting for a few hours.
